First, look at the exterior of your home, also called your curb appeal. Look at the exterior of your home from the view of a passerby. What jumps out at you? What would've-been-eye-catching features seem waiting to be noticed?
Knowing this helps us to decide what measures we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your home. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with touched up paint and blooming greenery we'll need to tackle those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your house's final selling price.

Make yourself at home...
Does your home seem to say, "Hello From Your New Welcome Home" to a buyer? Touring your house with a critical eye, we'll recommend adjustments that build up Open House appeal.
We'll help you put in storage anything that gives the look of clutter. Table and counter tops should be free and clear. Arts and crafts, souvenirs, family photos, and play time drawings should get stored away too. We can help you de-clutter your house. Ugly or cluttered spots make your home seem smaller and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
We know exactly what a room's best features are and how to highlight them. Changes that directly impact your sale price include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs changing, fixtures that need shining, and windows that need washing
Working together, we'll make sure your house has mass appeal and that it's welcoming, avoiding "loud" or "too-bright" hues on the walls and furniture. And if the house is vacant, you can think about temporary furniture. You want your house to look homey as opposed to abandoned.

Setting the Stage
We'll tell you when to host an Open House, because all of the changes come together to create a picture of what buyers can look forward to after they close on your house.
Brightening up your interior is of major importance, so we'll do things like draw back curtains and change light bulbs where needed to welcome the buyer. Together we'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and ensure a pleasant scent flows throughout your home. We'll incorporate cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your couch and bed. We want buyers to feel like your house has the potential to be.
